We recently realized, from various interactions with our customers, that some of you could use some guidance on how to locate
certain information about our products. In this edition of TechTime, you will find a few pointers on how to browse our website in order to
find information about our HVAC Controls.
When visiting Neptronic’s main page, below the main banner, you will see Neptronic’s five product lines:
HVAC Controls, Actuators, Actuated Valves, Humidifiers & Electric Heaters.
To access the controls section, click on the HVAC Controls tab (shown in red box bellow).
On the HVAC Controls page, you will find multiple product categories, each leading to a different controls sections.
Note that some products are found in more than one section. For example, the TUCB/TUHB Series can be found in the “Fan Coil Controls” section
as well as the “Wall Mounted Controllers” section.
Here’s a detailed list of the different sections and elements found on the Controls Page:
- Fan Coil Controls: All fan coil controllers (EFC, TFC54, TFC24 & TUCB).
- VAV Controls: All VAV box controllers (EVC TRO54 & TRO24).
- BACnet/Modbus I/O Board: There are two models of I/O extension boards available (CMMB106 & CMMB1322). In this section,
you will also find information on possible thermostats connected to the CMMB106.
- Wall Mounted Controllers: If you are looking for a wall controller, this is the section you want to select.
- Wireless Sensors: This section covers EnOcean thermostats & wireless sensors mostly used for OEMs.
- Humidity Controllers & Sensors: Humidity controller family (HRO) & humidity sensors.
- Temperature & Humidity Sensors: All temperature and humidity sensors including BACnet sensors, relay control modules,
changeover switch and manual electronic positioner.
- Static Pressure Controller and Transduce: SPC controller series & SPD transducer series.
- SCR/SSR: All SSR products including multi-signal SSR.
- Relay Board: Used to convert a 24Vac controller to line voltage (used in conjunction with TFC series controller).
- TechTime Articles: Monthly articles pertaining to controls, humidifiers and electric duct heaters.
- HVAC Controls Catalo: Quick link to our new controls catalog, which covers all of our controls product lines.
To the exception of the Wall Mount Controllers and Sensors and Components sections, most sections are structured similarly in
order to simplify the search of information. The Wall Mount Controllers section is organised by type of application, as shown the image below.
The Sensors and Components section is further divided into subcategories, as shown in the image below.
